Bishop Evans Ngozi Izuwa is a son of Mr Daniel Izuwa Nwogu, a native of Okwuta Amumara, in Ezinihitte Mbaise local government area of Imo State – Nigeria, West Africa. He is by His grace the founder and General Overseer of VICTORY CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES which later became “WORLD CHRISTIAN REVIVAL CENTER INTERNATIONAL e.V.“, with her Headquarters in Oberhausen – Germany and Owerri – Nigeria.
He is a seasoned man of God, who is called into ministry as a youth and after the order of prophet Samuel as he was dedicated to God by his beloved Mother Rev. Mrs. Mercy Izuwa Nwogu, even before his birth as an offering unto God who saved her from a serious illness before his conception.
Bishop Izuwa has lived and trained by many powerful men of God right from his childhood. His widely wilderness ministry experience and the challenges he had in Germany, made him a remarkable and dynamic teacher and preacher of our time.
His ministry which began as a house fellowship in the asylum camp in Duisburg Germany in 1996 with a few people in attendance eventually grew and became a registered body of Christ in 1998.
His life and ministry has relentlessly focused in supporting and encouraging African immigrants in Germany to be law abiding, and good ambassadors of Christ, not withstanding the different challenges they are facing in the pursuit of their freedom and better life.
His passion to see his fellow Africans in diaspora succeed and become what God intended for them, motivated him to be among the founding members of the “Council of African Churches NRW Germany“, which he was once the president of the association.
His passion led him also to start a prison ministry in 2002, which God has used in liberating a lot of immigrants from different deportation camps and prisons accross Germany, through the preaching of the Word of faith. He is grateful to the German authorities, prison personels, and institutions for co-operating with him in fulfilling this task.
Oberbürgermeister of Oberhausen
His ministry has a cordial working relationship with the State government. This gave him the previlege to host the Oberbürgermeister of Oberhausen, “Herr Klaus Wehling“ on November 20th, 2010, as a special guest of honor during the official temple dedication of the church. The newspaper articles of these developments were published in German and posted thereby. Bishop Izuwa was later hosted by the Oberbürgermeister himself who invited him to his office.
In partnership with Stadt Oberhausen, he used this unmerited grace to introduce German language courses, 
, Job coaching courses, driving licence first aid lessons, as the main sponsors of these projects in his church, thereby giving the African community in Oberhausen the opportunity to improve their professional skills and qualities, especially in speaking the German language as an option to promote integration of African immigrants into German society.
In May, 2011 God commissioned him after his successful completion of a special course on Intercultural Mediation by “INeKO Institut of the University of Köln Germany“, which he was previlege to be sponsored by Oberhausen State government. And while asking God in prayer what he should do with this special course, it was then he heard God saying, I have commissioned you with the mandate to establish a“Reconciliation and Conflict Resolution / Mediation Center“ where justice and peace shall prevail through the instrument of mediation.
In humility by His grace with the unction to bind up the brokenhearted, proclaiming liberty to the captives and freedom to prisoners of circumstances, humiliating and disgracing of all forms of Satanic harassment, barrenness, and actively helping many to experience deliverance through the preaching of the word of faith, reviving and reconciling folks. God has lifted him up with living proof and divers miracles, and indeed made him a motivational speaker and a gifted deliverer.
His prophetic utterances are very profound.(ie as he says it, you see it,)“ God cannot share His glory with any man“ this is his popular saying. Many around the world are living testimonies of how God has used him to set them free and made them become what God intend for them. No one has ever hanged around him and failed.

In addition to his educational knowledge, Bishop Izuwa has acquired great experience from his childhood ministry, and through books, especially books written by his mentor and God father, BISHOP DAVID 
O. OYEDEPO. He has attended many educative conferences, seminars, and courses in the field of his calling. And finally in 2011 when he finished an intercultural mediation course by the INeKO Institut of the University of Köln Germany.
In all, he depended totally upon the Holy Spirit as his greatest mentor and inspirator, and sees himself as a confirmation of God´s word that says, “He hath chosen the foolish and the weak things of the world to confound both the wise and the mighty (1 Cor. 1: 26-29)“. Always learning and remain grateful to those he learned from no matter the age, colour or background. Indeed the secret of the Lord has made a star of him (Job 29:4).
