Mediator

A mediator’s role is to facilitate a conducive atmosphere of communication between the conflicting parties. He/she is a reconciliatory partner through positive reframing of each client statement, in other to archive a common ground of understanding. His role is not to impose solutions. Mediators do not advise, nor take sides or render any judgment. Instead, his role is to help and encourage the parties to work out a mutual acceptable resolution by themselves. A mediator must be neutral, impartial and independent.
