How does a conflict or a dispute matter be send to Reconciliation and Conflict Resolution / Mediation Center?
Cases may be sent to Reconciliation and Conflict Resolution / Mediation Center by anyone who is involved in the conflict or be referred by court judge, police office, traditional ruler, institutions or organizations, etc.
This is how to submit your request for mediation:
- Register your request in person at our office secretariat, or
- By writing to the Center.
- Fill your request online, print, sign, send and bring the original signed copy to us personally, or
- Download the mediation request form from our homepage, fill and mail back to us.
- Email or Tele-fax our office, including you and your opponent names, addresses and telephone, fax, email or other communication references of the parties to the dispute and of the representative of the party filing the Request for Mediation;
- A brief statement of the nature of the dispute.
- Administrative and commitment non-refundable fee, but after the evaluation of the matter.
- You shall be contacted thereafter the receipt of your request, and
- A copy of the Request for Mediation shall be sent to the other party.
- If all parties will respond quickly to mediation invitation, then between 7 – 14 days the first hearing should be conducted.
